Our family owned and run company are expanding and are currently looking to fill the role of Aftersales Administrator. If you are looking for an exciting and welcoming place to work, please look at the list of qualifications below.
The position provides administrative assistance working independently and as a team, you will have the ability to engage with our customers to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Previous experience in administration in a car dealer’s sales / service role would be advantageous, however if your previous experience in a customer facing role is in another industry training can be provided.
Aftersales Receptionist/Administrator Duties & Responsibilities
· Ensure reception area is maintained in an orderly fashion
· Manage and update service appointments
· Answering calls in a professional and timely manner
· Taking messages and following up when necessary
· Provides coverage for the front desk
· Receive payments for invoices
Skills for Receptionist/Administrator
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative working style
· A team player as well as being able to work independently
· Well organized, dedicated, reliable, and meticulous way of working together with resilience and flexibility
· Managing a busy reception/ front of house area; Deal with incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner
· Provide admin support
· A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing; Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects
· Friendly nature and well-groomed appearance coupled with a professional presence.
· Take and deliver accurate messages, screen calls and transfer to appropriate person
· Book and manage the availability of service appointments

· Project a friendly welcoming attitude to all staff and visitors
· Ad-hoc tasks for the senior executives including diary management, reporting and expense management

Valetor Duties & Responsibilities
· Preparing vehicles for handover to customers.
· Cleaning and polishing both the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
· Ensuring vehicles are maintained to showroom standards.
· Inspect vehicles thoroughly before handover is complete.
· Ensure workspace is tidy, clean, organised and maintain appropriate stock level of cleaning materials.
Skills for Valetor
· Previous valeting experience (advantage)
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
· Ability to work in a face paced and busy environment
· Valid and full driving licence is essential.
